McKenzie & Greg’s Cedar Room Wedding at The Cigar Factory

June 10, 2017

The Cedar Room, located at The Cigar Factory here in Charleston, is one of our favorite venues!  The historic charm coupled with sweet southern hospitality makes for an unforgettable setting to celebrate a wedding day!

Ben was so honored to capture McKenzie + Greg’s gorgeous wedding reception at The Cedar Room located in downtown Charleston.  With the warmth of the exposed bricks and the spectacular decor and design by Pure Luxe Bride, there was no shortage of inspiration.  Their hanging floral chandelier was out of this world gorgeous.  One of the things we LOVE about the Pure Luxe Bride team is that they aren’t afraid of bold colors within the florals to the stationery to the bridesmaid dresses. These colors make for a vibrant painting that’s just full of life!

We are so excited to share photos from McKenzie and Greg’s wedding day. Monika Gauthier Photography captured all these incredible shots! And Yes! Their stationery did almost perfectly match the bridesmaids dresses!! McKenzie’s bouquet is one of our all time favorites, with the bright flowers! Their vibrant garden vibe was so perfect for the Cedar Room!

Below, you’ll also see photos of their actual first dance here at The Cedar Room! We love sharing images alongside the finished painting so you are able to see how much the painting truly looks like not only the room … but the couple, too! McKenzie’s ball gown had a perfect twirl with the fabric swishing beautifully! We are so excited to share their finished Cedar Room live wedding painting!
